What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
Can I put my own design logo on the items?
Yes, we can print your logo using heat transfer stamping, silicon printing, rubber printing, embroidery, sewing, or washing labels. Please provide your logo in a vector AI file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services, including free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
What is your sample policy?
We charge a sample fee for new customers. However, for customers with transaction amounts up to $3000, existing samples are free (except high-value items). Sample fees are refundable if order amounts exceed $2000.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Normally 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock, and 25-35 days for fully customized sizes, colors, or materials.
