A2: Yes, you need to pay for it and bear the shipping cost. The sample cost is refundable after order confirmation when the quantity exceeds the MOQ.
Q3: Can I custom my logo and appoint the color on the product?
A3: Yes, just provide your logo design in AI or PDF format so our designer can create a display for your reference.
Q4: What is the delivery time after payment?
A4: Normally, delivery time is 2-10 days for samples and 20-40 days for mass production.
Q5: What methods of payment do you accept?
A5: Normally, we support Trade Assurance, Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, and T/T.
Q6: Are you able to send to FBA fulfillment centers?
A6: Yes, we provide delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses. We can apply barcodes, warning stickers, and FBA labels for free.
